You must be at least 18 years old to submit information, at least 13 with parental permission (for internships, tutoring). W4 Designs will not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.

No information gathered at this site will be passed on to third-parties. Any information provided by you will be used to complete the services agreed upon by both parties and will not be redistributed, sold or used for any other purpose without your permission.

We must request an initial payment at the start of each project. Projects up to $500 must be paid in full before starting the project. For projects over $500, we request one half of the initial estimate before starting the project, and the final payment upon completion of the project. Any changes to the original agreement will require additional work and additional fees. Other arrangements can be made at our approval and must be requested in writing.

Since we offer services, we cannot refund money, but we do guarantee our work. If any corrections are to be made that is our fault, we will correct them at no additional cost. We are not responsible for problems with your internet service provider, web host or computer manufacturer. Any changes at your written request will require additional work and additional fees.
